Baby-boomers are increasingly faced with the prospect of finding effective ways to assist their aging parents, while also attempting to save enough for their own retirement, their childrens' college education, etc. There is only so much money to go around. If your parents are living in their own home and have little or no mortgage, a reverse mortgage can provide a win-win scenario for everyone.
